Join us for the 2026 Pilgrim Pines Annual PVCC Family Retreat
Our annual Family Retreat is Friday, September 25th through Sunday, the 27th at Pilgrim Pines Camp Grounds in Swanzey, NH.
This will include our congregational Sunday Worship for the weekend. This is a time for relaxing, having fun, and building memories together as a Pioneer Valley Church family. Registration costs are being substantially subsidized by our church family.
Friday arrival registration includes Friday dinner, Saturday meals, breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
Saturday arrival registration includes lunch and dinner, breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
Saturday day only options include facilities only, or lunch, dinner and facilities usage.
There is no cost for Sunday arrival for Worship and lunch afterwards. Registraton is required.
Children 13 and up are considered to be Adults. Children under the age of 4 are free.

Each year we collect a special contribution that goes towards the mission of bringing the good news to our neighbors. This year, our goal is to collect $50,000 to go towards missions work across Europe and Ukraine, through our partnership with the European Missions Society. You can learn more about the EMS HERE. Any amount collected beyond the goal will go towards local missions work in the Pioneer Valley. Please be praying and considering with us how you can contribute this year!
